Alex Castellanos says David Clark is being used as a racist Trojan horse. The sheriff put out a PSA promoting his own personal brand of self-aggrandizement, which he paid for with taxpayers' money. He also spent over $22,000 on personalized radio announcements in 2012 and 2013 to promote the Sheriff's Office. "It's awful for the worst part is how transparent it really is how racist and virulent they are," said Castellanos.
