Is Rowe Unworkable?
Lido: Decisiss is the notion that once the court makes a decision, that precedent should have enormous power and an influence. But even most part, even if we think a opinion is wrong, that's an important part of story, to say, si ri ins tatit. Lido says there are lots of balancing tests in constitutional other balancing tests that the robberts court is designed around voting rights. Are all of those unworkable? So i'm not sure if this is the court singling out row because it doesn't like it, or if it's making a case that can be applied across the board.
