The Best Ingredients for High Humidity Hair
Silicone is, I think, the best ingredient for it. The challenge is if you have really fine low density hair, silicone might be a bit much for you. Amo-dimethecon is a bit heavy and sticky. There are these products that have a blend of cyclomethicone and dimethicone. They're not necessarily as volatile as the silicones are.
