Boak Attacks

The Boak symbol is a red star with a broken chain running through the center of it, which is kind of interesting. They seem to have committed, affiliated, direct action cells. And then even outside of actual Boak cells, they have adjacent cells. GLAS octa just recently attacked some offices. But unaffiliated as well, they will have, so like Boak cells actually carry out actions and then you'll get a Boak claim.
