How Long Did It Take You to Notice It?
At first i was training at the same volume cause i just refused to not run. And er, you know, looking back, i i kept the volume, but what i did was i took out speed. So i really liked to run fast, like that's my favorite thing. I would always sprint at the end of any like, training session with my friends. But progressively, as it went on, it continued to get worse. It got to a point, probably a year and a half in, where it just hurt all the time.
