The Shadow of a Sustainable Vision for Millennials
millennials don't have a lot of capital in general compared to say boomers when they were our age or whatever set of reasons that is. A lot of people I think a lot of millennials have bought into that, you know, and then there's a pool who kind of see the shadow side of that. They're skeptical that that's actually a sustainable vision wanting to move out to some land. And then there's the question of if you're getting together as a community of friends, well, that's not really a village.
