The SEC released proposed rules to narrow the minimum tick size for many securities. These changes from what I understand may lead to a decline in liquidity in small to mid cap biotech stocks, particularly those with less than $2 billion in market cap. There's some lobbying going on to try to address this and I encourage everybody who cares about this issue to look it up and to let your representatives know"
