The patient was intubated from a renal failure causing fluid overload and pulmonary at diva. So I would make sure what she on dialysis, how do we get this fluid off of her? What is her current fluid balance going into the extubation? She did well on her pressure support trial in that early morning hours. And it didn't really seem like she had any further evidence of pulmonary edema on her chest x-ray.
