The Importance of Awareness
The idea that we're not immortal drives a lot of our biological impulses. It's common what if intelligence arises from life but it's not self-aware. What if most life in the universe is simply not self- aware this sort of zombie nightmare situation right where it's going out there and it's doing stuff and it's solving problems but it't not actually aware of itself? In some sense we're all the same person like when you meditate or when you go deep and you just experience your own awareness that's exactly the same experience that every other human can have.
