The Importance of Initial Teacher Education
Teachers are underprepared for such a critical skill that we need to be you know giving our students. We're just not equipped enough to be able to teach it yeah it's heartbreaking and i would advocate for systems that actually made teachers into the professionals they should be. That starts with initial teacher education but also starts with remunerating them properly gave them really good working conditions, he says.
