Bishir was a wealthy 34 year old property developer from London. And he's the one who's working with Eefa. Bishir said he had a series of failed projects in 2006. He went to Buffalo, New York to build the tallest skyscraper in the city but left bankrupt two years later. By 2009, his estimated debt was $56 million.
