I would like to think that people are a little bit more detailed and more thoughtful about their messages because if you know that the question isn't going to get answered for another three to four hours one. Can you answer the question yourself and two can I give you all the information that you need so that we don't have to go back and forth so much. The company I'm at right now fosters this environment because a lot of people are the same way. It's something that's hard to kind of suss out during the interview process but if you get lucky enough to find a company like this it's a good one.

Rachel Madrigal is a Software Engineer turned product manager at Twingate and part-time YouTuber who creates vlog and Obsidian content. She’s also a friend because we meet weekly for our YouTube accountability meetings.
