Canadians view nationalism and patriotism very differently compared to two, like united states citizens. In some ways, nationalism has always been kind of more of a liberal, progressive thing. A lot of the patriotism and celebration of canada comes from among its mostly liberal and more socially progressive citizens. They like celebrate canada as like this great progressive nation.
