Walking is just like deep work. It's like block out the time To do this even if if it's cold out, you know now that it's starting to warm up a little bit better, but uh, it's so Beneficial to do that. You'll find after about a month that your ability to sustain concentration on one problem is going to be 5x bigger. I did this during my postdoctoral years at MIT and people who read deep work who've done it with similar effect will also benefit from walking.
