What Would Happen if Earth Lost Gravity for 15 Seconds?

John asks Hank what would happen if earth lost gravity for 15 seconds. Would we go straight up, or just sort of float around? I don't think that you would rise that far enough off the ground for it to be a big deal in 15 seconds. What if i happened to be like jumping to rebound a basket ball in the moment a that gravity was ees? That could be a bigger problem for you. If you were at the equator, it would affect you more. You would sort of float away from the ground a little bit well. And if you have 15 seconds of floating away from theground, when the gravity does return, it could be a pretty significant impact.
