The best thing I do for my athletes on durability side is increase your relative strength. Not a medium won't get injured if you're not sport specifically fit. A really good athlete as someone who really moves well in space and so they're the ones who smoke the FMS. Part of that might be that really good athletes are much more in tune with their body than others.
