A lot of communism is centered around this fantasy idea that if you just magically remove people's privation, like you give them everything they need. That's not how the human psyche works. Human beings are always strivingd and they're always trying to expand in some way. A lot of life's expansion is experimental. And communism seeks to just standardize and sterilize everything.
