Twitter's new terms of service prohibit posting video of private individuals without their consent. Twitter was named in a lawsuit by a man who claimed he was incorrectly doxed as white premises, and then lost his job. This is one of those situations where they post a rule that's a back stop. It's not meant to be every time you up load a video. Some of the real war consequences are arguably a good thing, right? If you do something really heinous, the world should know. But i think what we're seeing here is some sort of way to think about that, perhaps.
