I Think the Extreme Escapism Comes From in a Lot of Males

I got very attached to these ideas of the material world is just false it doesn't matter you know your appearance is shallow. well essentially better at hurting people which was my nasty side that came from that insecurity but then I think the internal arts as well meditation and spiritual arts became almost a form of escapivism as well. In what I teach the escapism people want is they want to go deep into meditation next thing they do they want to be a daoist monk, renunciate or Shaolin. They're not trying to change who they are by facing their problems they're simply trying to kind of step away from them and not have to face them by following this other path
