Refining Capacity in the United States
In 2022, there was a lot of talk about not enough refining capacity in the world. Now we've got about 430,000 barrels a day of new refining capacity that's being built on top of existing plants. The first impact you see from new refineries coming on internationally is they can run the crude units and make IMO compliant fuel oil.
