I've Been Running Stairs, I'm Feeling Good.

Scotty is doing yoga with Adrienne every other day and running stairs. He's not drinking till his Asbury show on July 17th for those people getting it in the next couple of weeks. "I just had one of those realizations that I was like, I walk every day," Scotty says.
