Is Rest the Only Silver Bullet?

I've found with the last couple of books i've finished writing, that i pretty predictably, the moment after i send the manuscript off, fall into a pretty depression. For it doesn't last long'. Let's call it three, four days, maybe a week. Are you experiencing something like that now that you've published this last episode? Andlike, how are you? How are you dealing with that? Is rest the only silver bullet here? Like, what else are you doing here? Ye, again, i just spoke to a spiritual director this morning. I spoke to a mentor yesterday, a film maker friend. The advice from the two of them, in some ways, very
