Breath Is the Key to a Healthy Heart

Breathing is literally the key to all of this. Anything that puts you into a stress response, fight or flight response will tighten your heart. So now you're intentionally dropping into your body, reconnecting, establishing your core. How much of the day do you think you're actually there then? And so if I can just make little incremental changes every year, now it's 1% and 2% and 20%. It goes from being a temporary state to more of a trait.
