Creating Success Is a Process and a Methodology

We need to create a straightforward pathway towards our goals. We can't fully know how we're going to get there but we have to value optimization. The meaning of the communication is the response you get and from the response you getting you optimize, move forward. If you take negative feedback personally as a blow to your ego or your self-worth, it's going to take you a lot longer to go back into taking another action. You won't do the same repetitive action again because that would just be crazy by doing the same thing over and over again to get the same results.
