Dare Doesn't Work

The American assumption would be that if you give people stuff, they won't try and they won't do anything. The only way you can get people to work is by depriving them of resources,. We really don't believe that people want to work. I think we're more motivated to get involved with our community If we're not coming from a basic place of anxiety and fear.
