Is There a Significant Deflation in the Economy?

There is less demand for goods and services, which should be deflationary in prices. We could see economic activity slow way down but prices continue to hold or rise. So we run the risk of a deflation where we get squeezed between lower incomes and higher prices. There's no doubt that organized crime is draining the vitality out of the system.
