Building Culture in a Remote Setting
I would connect so much better with people who are super skilled in what they do than just people who are like, you know, OK, is kind of skill set. It's a social level social layer for sure, right? But I think it's also a professional layer. For me, it would be like, am I inspired by my colleagues? And that's something that's I think fundamentally important. You can still build and live those values in a remote setting if you are kind of surrounded by the right people.
