Is That Really a Sermon on Session Audio?

I hope it wasn't like a regular one of the sermons, 70 minutes long. To me, it was more of a lecture. I don't think he's necessarily looking at it as a sermon. It didn't come across as an exposition that brought us to the gospel. And look, we can see exactly what it means without any explanation. That kind of threw me because exposition of scriptures is explanation of scripture. There's no need for explanation.
