How to Prioritize a Project

I have an actual project prioritization template that I will be putting in the show notes as well, which will hopefully help you with understanding that. The most important part when it comes to prioritization is being very clear and transparent about why people's projects are not prioritized. And again, definitely use that spreadsheet. It was very helpful for me for communicating to stakeholders why their projects were in certain priority levels. Then finally, dot voting and money spending. This is more advanced because it takes a lot of facilitation skills to make sure that people aren't angry.
