The Golden Hour in Belaud

Belaud was a full service trauma hospital. If you could make it to Belaud in an hour, they called it the Golden Hour. They had 3D scans of Americans who'd actually been stabbed in the head with like a bayonet with a big knife. That was the thing that was always amazing was how many people lived.
