Global debt is rising rapidly, led by borrowing in advanced economies and china we the us. Public debt now represents close to forty per cent of the global total. The poorish proportion of countries in debt distress has doubled to 60 percent from two thousand to 15 levels. Do you think that sounds like an accident waiting to happen? So these two areas here are high risk, and this is the high risk. And then the red is in debt distress.
