How to Get Into a Flow State

Flow states were first identified in the 1960s by Professor Mahali, Cheekset Mihayi. A flow state is when you're doing something and you just totally get into it. Flow is simultaneously the deepest form of attention that human beings can provide. It's not like memorising facts for an exam - it comes very easily. Set aside a good amount of time to do one task, make sure that task is meaningful to you,. push yourself to the edge of your abilities but not beyond them.
