Anda, i want to pick up what you are saying about facilitation is just more needed in society. It's just more needed now. The only way i've got better is by going to do it. And that absolutely holds true from own life. But i just wonder if one you could speak about that cor practice of paying attention,. cause you talk about that a lot in the book. How have you had success in building capacity? Right? So obviously there's the what's the call practice? Talk about that, paying attention. And how have you hadsuccess in raising people's game, accelerating their ability to do this work? Ok?
