When in the day should we exercise? And the answer to that question is, it depends. That morning exercise is good for some things. It's good for habit formation and weight loss actually. But late afternoon, early evening exercise is also better than no exercise at all. You're less likely to be injured. There's a performance enhancement. So I cannot stand exercising in the morning.
