We're going to break for another ad and when we come back, i am going to offer up my five best and most philosophical tips for all of us seeking to step away from quick fix thinking. Tip one is to remember that because the brain changes, we can reverse bad habits. Positive change rarely, if ever, in my experience, positive change never happens overnight. It might take you a decade to get there. But any bad habit we have in life can indeed be reversed.
