Introduction
Francesca's is in an interesting place too, we're in a moment where we're transitioning into really kind of the next phase of the brand. And as we approached November, we launched a whole bunch of new things, the biggest being our loyalty program. And so as I think about what we're seeing now is the sign-up rate being phenomenal. Now we're, as we head into the holiday season and especially Black Friday, because we're only a week out, that return visit from all those new loyalty shoppers being a focus of ours.
