Kid watson: We are, i always start with saying were first and foremost fitness kick boxing. So, a, the basic format is ten stations, ten rounds, three minutes at each station, 30 second rest in between. A, you're doing different kick boxing combinations, boxing combinations at each station. And o bas yes, that's cool. Man. I grunge. But then we started developing a competition team, which myself first person that came in there and said, he i want to get into a competing and keep boxing, mixed march of arts,. whith a, owi, i'm deftly open to that.
