How to Have a Good Conversation

The most frustrating conversations I've come away with, and also it makes people think that you're not a nice person, is the people that don't ask questions. Because empathy is being able to relate to something in somebody else. And rapport isbeing able to show that person that you have that. So basically all the things about making a good impression and being good in a conversation are almost 90% of it is about listening. The other 10% is about smiling and nodding your head and saying, having good questions.
