O'Kamel
The O'Kamel community is trying to get more organized about the way in which it communicates and discusses new features. Recently, we've created an RFC repo, so like a request for change, I guess that's what it should stand for. So basically somewhere where people can go and say, here is a design document explaining something I think I would like to add to the language or add to the standard library. The point of that is to really let you collaborate earlier in the process.
