I think appreciative inquiry is a tool that can be utilized for people who are looking to revamp the RA role in some ways. I invited everyone from the division to come alongside and do research and benchmarking projects. So this upcoming year, we're doing some of our initiatives within that. One of them was a resident advisor role. And it was really important for me to get that right as right as one could.
