How to Use the Time Available in the Best Way

Some of the people I serve with have weren't intelligence calls signals at all, some of them are para. And and we know what they've done is they've been out to use the time is available. So there's a piece around making sure you use the time available in the best way possible. CTP has got better in its service offering, and offering more recognised qualifications and courses. But for me it's about knowledge, you know, don't just do it to get don't do a week long course, intensive course just to get a tick in the box.
