Cop 26: One Point Five, Stay Alive?
Current policies will lead to around two point six to two point seven degrees of global warming by the end of the century. If nations fully implement their 20 30 targets brought to the table at glasgow, projected warming falls to round two point four degrees - still a catastrophic overshooting of the paris ment targets. So i wouldn't say that the goal of stabilizing warming to one point five degrees is completely dead. It's still go physically feasible. But our political leaders need to urgently respond and treat this like the crisis that it is. We'll be back in a moment.
