Hunter's False Statement
The false statement is the weakest felony in the DOJ's arsenal. It also includes falsely filling out a federal document with a false statement that you know is false. The other thing is, is that actually owning a firearm, having one on your person being able to carry one and having one in your possession is another felony. You can be a prohibited person who in this case, like Hunter Biden, admitted to being a drug addict and then having that firearm. So we're not all going to tell you exactly who he is and who's going to come in and bother him about it. But I want you to kind of consider how easily he was getting taken off the charge here.
