A study was conducted at Australia's Newcastle hospital to find whether or not full moon brings out the quote beast in many humans. Of 91 violent acute behavior incidents between August 2008 and July of 2009, 23% happened during a full moon. People lose then control under the full moon and then do an act. And that is why people would in a sense lose their minds, lose their control.
