How to Assess a Candidate's Soft Skills
Companies can use assessment tools to determine if a candidate has the soft skills they're looking for or would be successfully able to be trained and equipped with those skills. There's ways that you can assess someone's just natural personality, as well as what they deem to be important and an important part of their job by asking them for a variety of questions in a survey format. You could do some sort of role player simulation where you can determine how would this person act in this particular situation. And there's something called storytelling modeling that can really kind of help inform exactly the thought process that a person goes through during a certain situation.
