The Lift to Day, Leg Day and Metabolic Conditioning

Lift to day focuses on all different kinds of squatting. Gut work is rooted in the seal teams. metabolic conditioning means you're going to be breathing hard, really hard for either a short, intense amount of time or a little bit longer. Some of my workouts are very quick, and i can get em done in less than ten minutes, and they make you want to throw up. And at the same time, some of em, sometimes i'm working out for three hours,. may be doing singles and doubles and triples, n on weights for heavy exercises.
