The amount of fraud we saw that being floated on top of legitimate companies was really concerning, particularly in places like the crypto space. People were creating new coins or NFTs and selling them to the public who was eager to get in on the latest Fed. It just became this orgy of speculation by the first half of 2021. Anyone who wanted to raise money for anything could do so.
