Everything is a welcome part of training your ability to be aware or be with whatever stimuli comes to organism. And i've heard and i've seen and i've experienced myself, that mixing in a bit of openawareness practices and maybe, you know, learning more about it can really help. It's like the movie matrix where neo dodges the bullets. That's how i see essentially the practice especially in everyday life.
