The Hardest Challenge for My Dad

For my dad to take a step back is, was the hardest challenge for him. Even till this day, even though we've got some fantastic people in our positions, he still loves being in the mix. His favorite amount of times you're looking at me in this podcast and going, yeah, that sounds like me. It's crazy. You suffer from guilt when you're on holiday that you could be working. So do you? To be honest, do you? I don't know. But honestly, they're not bothered. They're saying, listen, we love it. We're all right because, but when they say that, I can't. There's something there.
