Lenin and the Communist Party
Work within bourgeois parliaments until the time comes to do away with the parliaments. Talk to working people in their own language, formulate party policies in terms of the experience of the masses and their moral values. At all costs retain moral superiority. Dedication, zeal, above all. The totalitarian state is more than an absolute state. It is a state in which there is a single monolithic ideology to which all must conform. All cultural activities are in the hands of the government. Both Mussolini and Hitler declared their admiration for Lenin's regime.
